1. Books
 

Books published under the Authority Authorship or Mindshift Publishing imprints are sold and fulfilled through third-party retailers, including online marketplaces and bookstores.

As a result, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the policies of the retailer from which the book was purchased. Customers should contact the retailer directly to request a return or refund.

Authority Authorship and Mindshift Publishing do not process refunds for books purchased through third-party retailers.

2. Digital Products

​

Due to the nature of digital delivery, downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed.
 

If technical access issues occur, we will ensure delivery of purchased materials.

3. Program and Events

​

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before start: full refund

• Cancellation within 7 days: 50% refund

• After commencement: non-refundable

 

Separate participation agreements may override this policy.

4. Consulting

​

Consulting sessions (also called Publishing Advisory) are non-refundable once delivered.

Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
